Mandaluyong, Philippines – The Sunwest Group Holding Company, Inc. (SGHCI) hosted a Leadership and Management Training Program to its Senior Management Team last January 24-25, 2019 at EDSA Shangri-La Manila.
Executives, Managers, and Supervisors from Sunwest Construction and Development Corporation (SCDC) Manila, Sunwestville Realty and Development Corporation (SRDC), Sunwest Resources, Misibis Bay Resort, Embarcadero Hotel, and Hotel St. Ellis participated in the one-and-a-half-day training.
The training was organized by the Learning and Organizational Development of SCDC Manila which focused on two courses: Managing Teams and Leader as a Coach. Mrs. Vanessa Salvaña, CEO & Senior Consultant of Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting, Inc., spearheaded the training along with her husband, Mr. Aldem Salvaña.
The one-and-a-half-day Leadership and Management Training Program provided the senior management the fundamental topics on leadership and management as well as the proper mindset to be able to perform well in the current and upcoming tasks.
The superiors serve as role models to their staff for a growing company like Sunwest. It is vital that their chiefs exhibit exemplary performance in order for their employees to develop and flourish.
